TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BUYER ASSURANCE GUARANTEE
We want you to feel confident about doing business with us at GeckoLovers.com! Our goal is to provide high quality Crested Geckos at reasonable prices, excellent customer service and effective technical support. If you have ANY problems or concerns with your shipment, simply call or e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do whatever it takes to make the situation right!
All of our Crested Geckos are loving pets and come with a free lifetime technical support guarantee. And, we are always available to answer any of your questions should they arise! Of course all of our Geckos are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy and exactly as described.

2. SEND YOUR PAYMENT
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal and we are verified members of PayPal. PayPal is a quick, easy, and secure method for online transactions. Please send all payments to CoolStudio@aol.com.
To arrange any other method of payment, such as certified check or postal money order (or to request placing animals on hold), please send e-mail to CrestedGeckos@aol.com for payment instructions.
Virginia residents must add .045% sales tax.
3. PLACING GECKOS ON HOLD
We will hold Crested Geckos during periods of poor weather, for any amount of time necessary at no charge to the customer.
However, If you would like to place a Crested Gecko on hold when shipping is available, we require a 25% down payment which is non-refundable. We will then hold your animal for up to 4 weeks at which point full payment is due. We will not send out reminders, unfortunately we don't have the time to do this. If full payment is not received after four weeks, we will put the animal back up for sale and you will forfeit your down payment.
4. BUYERS' RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us by phone or e-mail after placing an order, to determine the most appropriate day for shipping and to provide us with any additional information we may need including phone number. It is also the buyers responsibility to make sure that someone is at the shipping address on the day the package is scheduled to arrive.
All guarantees are void if someone is not present for the first delivery attempt.
5. SHIPPING
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only - NO EXCEPTIONS. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy and exactly as described. You will be sent a tracking number with your order.
We ship live Geckos using UPS Overnight Air Service after payment is made in full. We can use another carrier if you prefer, but we will no longer place any guarantee on the animals whatsoever.
Most packages are delivered by 12:00 PM (but may arrive as late as 5:00 or 6:00 PM if there are any minor delays). You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any problems with your order. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we consider the transaction to be completed.
We can NOT be held responsible for major carrier delays or mitigating circumstances such as acts of nature or god etc.
6. REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE POLICY
Our main goal is to make every transaction a pleasant experience, if any problems arise, please be assured that we will make it right! Once we determine that you have a valid claim, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement animal. We do NOT refund money back under any circumstances.
In the unlikely event that an animal arrives in bad shape or DOA, GeckoLovers.com will require proof, in the form of the deceased, injured, or sick animal being shipped back to our location. We may be able to accept digital pictures as a substitute, however we will decide this on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind that there are many unscrupulous individuals out there that will try anything to run a scam on us, so this process is necessary for us to protect ourselves.
Our reputation is very important to us and we have built and maintained our good name by providing great animals and products as well as the very best in customer service. If there is a problem with any of our Crested Geckos, we ask that you keep the details of the problems private. You must contact us and allow us the time (up to 2 weeks) to review your claim, and figure out a suitable arrangement to replace your Crested Gecko(s). Posting details of the transaction, problem, or claim, on any public forum or Web site is a direct violation of this policy and will result in the immediate and unconditional void of our guarantee.
